How to run and use ivduty?


How to active IVduty APP?

You will need the activation code.

How to get the activation code for the app?

To get activation code click cPanel - General information - Partners Register Devices - The Blue add button or ask your IVduty Top manager to active your device. 

How to use the app?

Open the application, you will see two Headings:-

  1. Homepage
  2. History

How to CREATE new transaction:

  1. Enter license number in the search  box then tap search.
  2. Click on the customer profile, In case there is no result Click " Add New Customer ".
  3. Fill out the transaction form.
  4. Click the take photos button.
  5. Click "New Photo" to Take photos for your vehicle.
  6. Click " Signature " and make the customer sign.
  7. Click " OK " then Click " View " To view the final report.
  8. Click " Save " to save the report.

How to OPEN the saved transaction?

  1. Open the app then click " History ".
  2. Enter license number in the search  box then tap search.
  3. Click the saved transaction to view.
  4. Click " Close " or " Report ".
